As a graduate Engineer, Stephen Tunnicliffe-Wilson worked for Cambridge Consultants before spinning out Inca Digital Printers as one of seven founders. At Inca, he ran the Research and Development team for 15 years before becoming CEO in 2019. After turning the business around during the COVID pandemic, Steve oversaw the sale to Agfa in 2022. Steve is now Director at Alliance Strategy Consulting, who offer advice on growth and exit to technology companies.
